Airbourne And Six Flags Team Up For Sweepstakes

To celebrate the release of Airbourne’s latest album Black Dog Barking, Roadrunner Records has teamed up with Six Flags for a sweepstakes giveaway. The first single off the album is called Live It Up and is also the official song of the brand new Full Throttle roller coaster at Six Flags Magic Mountain. The grand prize winner will receive:
- Two tickets to any US-based Six Flags Theme Park
- Airfare and hotel accommodations for two
- Two Six Flags Exclusive Packs
- An autographed copy of Airbourne’s album Black Dog Barking
- Exclusive Black Dog Barking vinyl and t-shirt pack

sounds cool but i dont think im gonna enter. hey when’s the next update because a lot of progress has been made on full throttle, plus its been 12 days since the last one and my full throttle itch is killing me.

There’s really nothing new at Full Throttle. The track is done, at least one train is on the track, and all that’s left is testing and finishing the special effects inside the tunnel. Testing has not yet started, and they may not even do so during park hours. With daylight going later and the park closing at 6 during the week, they’ll have an hour or two each day to test after park closing. More and more I’ve been hearing that we can expect Full Throttle to open by the end of June. That’s only a month away.
