2013 Toys For The Holidays

By on December 5, 2013

Six Flags Magic Mountain is hosting its annual Toys for the Holidays toy drive on Dec 7th, 8th, 14th, and 15th. Bring a brand new, unwrapped toy valued at $20 or more and get one free admission to the park. Make sure it includes a price tag or a receipt. Books, CDs, DVDs, and video games are not considered toys…they may still be donated, and much appreciated, but they will not be eligible for a free park ticket. Look for the donation booth at the front of the park:

All toys collected during this year’s four-day event will be distributed with the help of UPS to thousands of children through local charities, including the Boys and Girls Clubs of Southern California.

“The demand for toys is greater than it’s ever been as the number of underprivileged children in the Southland continues to grow,” stated Bonnie Rabjohn, Park President of Six Flags Magic Mountain. “We’re calling for all Southern Californians to contribute to the toy drive and help make this holiday season brighter for children of all ages and backgrounds.”

The Looney Tunes characters are usually on hand as well, to hang out with the kids:

    Unrelated question
If I have a 2013 and a 2014 season pass, can a friend use one of them in order to get into and ERT event?

Not legally. They do check the photos on the pass to the person using it. If they don’t match, you risk getting your season pass revoked. It’s not worth it. Your friend can get in for free this weekend by simply donating a $20 toy. It’s a great deal for your friend and it helps out a great cause.
