Knott’s Soak City Opens For 2014 Season
The Knott’s Soak City water park opened today, May 17th, for the 2014 season, with daily operation through September 1st. Located next door to Knott’s Berry Farm, Soak City is 13 acres of water park fun, themed to reflect the rich surfing heritage of many Southern California towns dating back to the 1950’s.
New for 2014, Gold and Platinum season pass holders can gain exclusive early entry to the park at 8:30 am, a full 90 minutes before the general public. Also new for 2014, season pass holders can start every Friday and Saturday morning off with a complimentary yoga class, from 8:45-9:45 am, running from June 27th through August 9th.
Soak City offers fun for everyone, whether you prefer the fast-pace of Bonzai Falls and Old Man Falls, or the much more relaxed float down the lazy Sunset River. There are also 35 semi-private cabanas for rent, complete with lounge chairs, a dining area, waiter service, and free inner-tube rentals. You can even get one of the new dining plan options that were just announced for Knott’s Berry Farm.
